We receive some negative comments, and we are not afraid to post them! For example:
As committed Catholics and members of St. Martins in Yorba Linda
we abhor your philosophy. You are truly in the minority and thankfully so.
Our faith is precious to us and the Eucharist sustains us in our marriage
and family life. We fully support the reforms of the 2nd Vatican Council and
lament that they have not yet been fully implemented in our church. I am
sure you are for the death penalty and supported the war in Iraq, which
incidentally John Paul II opposed. It is not considered a just war in
Catholic teaching. It has resulted in the killing of many innocents. I
don\'t hear your organization protesting that travesty. No, you have your
own antiquated version of religion which is hateful (prone to name calling)
and spiteful. Sure, you will get a few bishops to go along with you
(probably from Opus Dei). I am sure you view Pope John 23rd as an anomoly
and not faithful to the teaching of Christ. Youer group is to be pitied!!
